Due by July 1st, ALL CLEARANCES MUST BE SENT TO THE COUNCIL OFFICE. PA Act 153 requires all employees and volunteers working with or supervising children to secure criminal background clearances. The Council is providing a DVD to every unit to track collection of unit leadership CBC documents. A detailed plan and directions on how to apply for CBC clearances will also be on the Council website with appropriate links to the PA website and FBI website. King Beaver District is a part of Moraine Trails Council. King Beaver District delivers the Boy Scouts of America program to Scouters in Lawrence County of Western Pennsylvania.
